The Steam Tray (in conjunction with the Lid) allows you to use your TemboTusk Skottle Grill to:

Smoke meat, fish, ribs, etc.
Bake cookies, potatoes,  etc.
Steam vegetables, seafood, etc.
Or anything you can think of! 

The Steam Tray is 10.5 inches across and stands 1.75 inches tall. 
The leg fold flat for easy storage.
